EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
At Gin & Rose, each piece is made with great care and attention to detail — crafted not just for wearing, but for cherishing.
While we hope you fall in love with every piece you receive, we understand that sometimes, a different fit or size might suit you better.
Exchanges
- We offer size and style exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- New product value must be equal or more than the exchanged product.
- To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Kindly email us at info@ginandrose.com with your order number and desired exchange request.
- Once approved, our team will arrange for a reverse pickup from your address (where serviceable).
- An extra charge of ₹200/- will have to be paid by the customer as exchange courier charges.
Returns
We do not offer refunds. However, we provide:
- Store credit valid for 3 months, which can be used toward any future purchase.
- Store credit will be issued once the returned item passes our quality check.
Non-returnable Items
Please note, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Custom orders or altered garments
- Sale items or promotional purchases
- Pieces damaged due to wear and tear or improper handling
- International orders
Our Assurance
Every Gin & Rose garment is made with love and undergoes a careful quality check before dispatch. If you receive a piece that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us with a video of opening the package within 48 hours of delivery, and we will happily make it right.
